About me

I have a master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and, in recognition of my advanced training and experience, I hold accredited status with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Being an accredited therapist means that I have demonstrated that I meet the BACP's rigorous standards for ethical and competent practice.


Additionally, I have completed further training specific to providing counselling and psychotherapy remotely and am a certified Online & Telephone Counsellor.
