I am an experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering therapy both in person (Odiham, Farnham, Basingstoke) and remotely (online and telephone).

I work on an individual basis with adults (aged 18+), providing both short and long term therapy tailored to your unique circumstances. Paramount to my practice is providing a confidential, non-judgemental and collaborative environment so that you can feel able to talk openly about any difficulties you may be experiencing.
